CallManager has been designed to be very easy to use for both agents and call centre managers and supervisors. All of the screens have been created with an eye to intuitive working. There are no cluttered screens and no deep menus. It’s inbuilt algorithms automate many tasks and do not require a dedicated dialler manager to be employed solely to manage the system. As long as there is data and agents, the system will manage operations.
